What is Vcardfolio?
A digital business card in one link: contact buttons, portfolio, services, documents and a booking calendar. You share the link with a QR code or an NFC card.
Does the other person need an app?
No. The card opens in the browser; the NFC notification or the QR code leads straight to the page.
Which phones does it work on?
NFC: iPhone XS and later, and Android phones with NFC on. The QR code works on every smartphone.
Does it cost anything?
The card itself is free. Business tools such as paid bookings, analytics, two languages and reviews are in the Pro plan (149 ₺/month). Teams pay per card; the NFC card is a one-time purchase.
How do I get an NFC card?
Create your card first, then send an NFC card request from the contact page. The card arrives programmed with your link.
Do I have to reprint the card when my details change?
No. The link is fixed; everything you edit in the panel goes live instantly.
How do bookings work?
You define appointment types and available hours in the panel. Visitors pick a free slot; you confirm. It syncs with Google Calendar.
Can I take payment for a booking?
Yes. For paid appointment types the visitor pays by card through iyzico; cancellations are refunded automatically.
How is visitor data protected?
Visitor details are processed under KVKK and visible only to the card owner. Payment card numbers never reach our servers.
Is the card available in English too?
Yes. You enter content in Turkish and English; visitors see their own language.
How do I share my card?
Send the link on WhatsApp, by SMS or e-mail, add it to your e-mail signature, or show the QR code. With an NFC card, a tap on the phone is enough.
Does it work offline?
Opening the card needs an internet connection. Once your details are saved to contacts, they stay on the phone and work offline.
What is the difference between an NFC card and a digital vCard?
The digital vCard is your card's web page and the details saved to contacts; it is free. The NFC card is an optional physical card that opens that page with a tap.
Why digital instead of a printed card?
You never reprint when your details change, the cards never run out and no paper is wasted. The other person saves you to contacts without typing your number.
Can my company or team use it?
Yes. On the Team plan every employee's card is managed from one account; new cards open from the company template. Write to us for bulk NFC cards.
