What changes when the booking calendar is on your card
A calendar instead of phone tag. Visitors pick a free slot and can pay for it; you confirm.
The old flow
The customer calls, you are busy. They text, and two days later the time negotiation ends. Every step in between is a chance to lose them.
Booking on the card
Appointment types and free slots appear at the bottom of your card. The visitor picks a type, a day and a time, writes their name and phone. For a paid type they pay by card.
On your side
The booking lands in your Google Calendar and you hear about it by e-mail and WhatsApp. You confirm or cancel from the panel; a cancellation refunds the payment automatically. The visitor gets a reminder the day before.
